Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing QPrint. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QPrint application ("App") and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.

1. Developer Information

The App is developed and maintained by Wang, Faming, an independent software developer.

2. Eligibility

QPrint is designed for users of all ages. There are no content or usage restrictions that require parental guidance.

3. Subscription & Purchase Options

QPrint offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("QPrint Premium") and a one-time lifetime purchase option, managed through the Apple App Store.

3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• QPrint Premium offers flexible subscription plans, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly options.
• All subscriptions include a free trial, allowing users to experience premium features before committing to a paid plan.
• Family Sharing is enabled for all subscription tiers.
• At the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon trial expiration.

3.2 Lifetime Purchase

• QPrint Pro – Lifetime Access provides full access to premium features with a one-time purchase.
• This option includes Family Sharing and does not require recurring fees or renewals.

3.3 Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

• All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment for renewals will be charged to your Apple ID account using the payment method linked to your Apple account, within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access to the subscribed features until the current billing period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions).

4. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription or purchase pricing in line with Apple App Store policies. Apple will notify existing subscribers of any changes, which will only take effect with user consent.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s refund policies. Free trial cancellations do not generate refund requests as no payment is deducted during the trial period. To request a refund, contact Apple Support directly through your App Store account. The Developer does not process refunds, which are controlled by Apple. Any issues related to payments or refunds must be resolved through Apple Support.

6. User Obligations and Restrictions

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• Not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the App.
• Not use the App to distribute malicious software or engage in harmful activities.
• Not use the App to infringe intellectual property rights, produce fraudulent documents, or engage in any activity that is illegal or misleading.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all IPP printers or third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, hardware damage, or economic loss. You assume all risks associated with using the App.

9. Third-Party Services

The App supports IPP protocol printers. We are not responsible for the performance, compatibility, or availability of third-party hardware or services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the suspension or termination of your access to the App.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated in accordance with Apple App Store requirements.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Apple App Store policies, without regard to conflict of law principles, and subject to the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon, internationally recognized arbitration institution, or you may pursue remedies available under the laws of your country of residence.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

14. Scope of Application

These Terms apply solely to the use of the App on iOS devices running supported versions of iOS. The App is not supported on jailbroken or modified devices.
