QPrint temporarily stores selected documents and images within the app’s sandbox directory solely for printing purposes. Once the printing process is complete, the files are immediately deleted from the temporary storage. QPrint does not collect, store, or process any personal information that directly identifies you. No login or account registration is required to use the app. However, certain permissions are necessary for its core functionalities, as detailed below:

• File Access: When you select documents to print, QPrint accesses only the files you choose via the iOS document picker. No other data on your device is accessed or shared unless you explicitly opt to share the print output with another app or save it locally. Other applications can send documents to QPrint for printing via iOS share functionality. QPrint only processes shared files locally on the device and does not transmit them externally.
• Image Access: When you select photos to print, QPrint accesses only the images you choose via the iOS photo picker. No other data on your device is accessed or shared unless you explicitly opt to share the print output with another app or save it locally. Other applications can send images to QPrint for printing via iOS share functionality. QPrint only processes shared images locally on the device and does not transmit them externally.
• Camera Access: When you scan documents using the camera, QPrint temporarily uses the captured data for printing purposes. This data is not stored or shared unless you explicitly opt to share the print output with another app or save it locally.
• Network Access: To discover printers, QPrint scans your local network for devices supporting the _ipp._tcp and _ipps._tcp protocols. No network traffic analysis, device tracking, or user-identifiable network data is collected, stored, or shared.

2. Permissions

To deliver its intended features, QPrint requires the following permissions:

• Files and Photos: To allow selection of documents and images for printing.
• Camera: To enable document scanning.
• Local Network: To locate and connect to printers on your network.

All permissions granted to QPrint are strictly used for essential printing functions and operate entirely within Apple’s sandboxed security model. No user data is collected, stored, or transmitted externally.

3. Data Security

All data accessed by QPrint remains on your device and is neither stored, shared, nor transmitted externally. We employ standard security measures to protect your information while you use the app. This app is designed to respect your privacy; however, please ensure your selected printer’s security settings are configured appropriately to protect your data during printing.

4. Third-Party Services

QPrint does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or data-sharing services. All app operations are performed locally on your device.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any revisions will be reflected in an updated version, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.
